The vibrant waterfront city of Portsmouth offers plenty of attractions for the whole family. It is most famously known for its maritime heritage. The Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home to the National Museum of the Royal Navy, the wooden warship HMS Victory, where Nelson died in the Battle of Trafalgar, and HMS Warrior. The Tudor ship, Mary Rose is also conserved within the dockyard in the museum. For shopaholics, Gunwharf Quays offers over 90 premium retail outlet stores and 30 restaurants. Anyone visiting Portsmouth cannot miss the Emirates Spinnaker Tower. It stretches 170 metres above Gunwharf Quays. There are three self-catering cottages;
Fallow Cottage, Roe Cottage and
Badger Cottage. You will find the holiday cottages within a large courtyard behind the beautiful 17th Century Farmhouse on their family farm.
Each of the 3 cottages sleeps 5 plus a baby. They have a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The dining area has a family dining table that will sit 6 and there is also a highchair. In the lounge there are two comfortable sofas and an armchair with digital television and DVD. Free Wi-Fi is included.
Each cottage has a Double room (however, a King-size at Roe Cottage) and cot with an en-suite shower room. There is a further twin with a third small bed for guests with a larger family or friends. (Badger Cottage has a large en-suite walk in shower room). In Fallow and Roe Cottages is a family bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet.
They each have a safely enclosed garden for the smaller visitors with a lawn, flower border and patio with garden furniture. BBQs are supplied.

The Farm offers Bed & Breakfast and also self-catering accommodation in a courtyard of barn conversions. There are 4 beautifully renovated old barns available for self-catering, situated in a courtyard on the edge of the farm, accommodating between 2 and 7 people.
The Hayloft was originally a stable block with hayloft above, and now beautifully transformed into a wonderful 3 bedroom cottage, with open plan kitchen/ dining and living area, retaining many original features.
The cottage sleeps 7 plus a cot. Downstairs is a double with an en-suite shower. Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a single bed and the other with twin beds. There is also a further bathroom. A cot and highchair are available on request.
The kitchen area is fully equipped and has an electric oven/grill and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The seating area has a Freeview TV and DVD player. There is a separate laundry room in the courtyard.
Outside there is garden furniture in the lovely courtyard. Guests are also welcome to explore the farm or make use of the fishing lakes or indoor swimming pool.
