Millwright’s Loft is a large family suite with 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. The main bedroom has a super king-size bed (or twin), and leather sofa. The second bedroom has twins. There is ample space in the suite for a further two z-beds. En-suite shower room off main bedroom.
Old Mill Office is a large family room and sleeps up to 5. It has a large well-proportioned super-king bedroom (or twin), leather sofa and set of bunk beds. Ample space for additional z-bed. The en-suite has a wetroom with underfloor heating.
For breakfast, a wide variety of choice and high quality local produce. The breakfast room has won a ‘Breakfast Award’ by Visit England. All bread is home-made, with the wholemeal and spelt breads made from flour they mill on site.
For children, there is an enclosed wooden built play area. For under 5’s, a large wooden playhouse and baby swing. Animal feeding is at 07:45 and are always keen to enrol little helpers to assist in feeding the guinea pigs and chickens plus collect eggs for breakfast.

The Cider House is a lovely country room full of character with exposed beams and rough plasterwork and a king-sized bed. The room has French windows that open into the private lane at the farm. There is a spacious en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin. The Cider House Loft can also be booked for up to 4 guests to accommodate a combined total of 6. It is a cosy little B&B room with twin beds. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin. (No pets allowed)
The Apple Loft is a large, first-floor open-plan studio apartment above the Cider House, with exposed elm beams, a large circular window and its own entrance, up a little set of wooden steps. On the mezzanine there is a king-size bed and a single bed and the en-suite shower room. The mezzanine has a galleried side and steps down to a sitting room with day-bed or bunks and a little kitchen area. (Pet friendly)

Bracken Cottage is an upside down character cottage. It sleeps up to 5 in two downstairs bedrooms, comprising one double and one room with 3 single beds. The bath and shower room is also downstairs. Upstairs, a spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen area.
Heather Cottage is an upside down character cottage with 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. On the ground floor are a double and 2 twins. Upstairs is the spacious living/dining/kitchen room with a wood burning stove. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
Outside each of these cottages is a courtyard. There is a shared, separate garden seating area looking down to the river. Garden furniture and barbecue are provided. Cot, high chair and stair gate also available.
Whilst no longer a working farm, they do have ponies, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, etc. They are very pet friendly and also have stabling if you want to bring your horse.

The property sleeps 6. There is a large double with en-suite, a family room with double and single beds and a shower room. Farm View sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms plus sofa-bed. It has a spacious double bedroom with plenty of room for a cot which can be provided on request. The second bedroom is smaller and has bunk beds which are 3 foot wide.
The bright lounge has a comfy settee, matching bed-settee (sleeps an extra 2 people), dining table and coffee table. There is a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen area off one end of the lounge, (L-shaped room) is fully equipped. The modern bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.
Please note that access is up an external flight of 8 steps so accommodation is not suitable for people who find steps difficult.
There is an outdoor swimming pool (open from May-September), trampoline, climbing frame and extensive gardens. The pool has a solar cover that makes it surprisingly warm during summer months.
Ample parking available within the grounds. Well behaved pets are welcome.

There are four cottages. Three cottages
sleep 4 and one sleeps up to 6.
Kiri cottage has 3 bedrooms. Upstairs there is 1 twin (or super-king-size double) and 1 king-size double galleried/curtained bedroom. Downstairs is a further twin (or super-king-size double) with en-suite shower (over bath) and shared bathroom with shower over bath.
It has a large open plan sitting/diner/kitchen area with direct views over the lawn to the moor beyond. There is a Woodburner, digital radio, TV/DVD and large selection of books and games. The well equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a Communal Utility room with coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer.
For children, they have an enclosed garden in front of the cottages with a purpose built playground and selection of ride-on toys. They have stair-gates for some of the staircases, however those not suitable can be barricaded. In addition, cots and highchairs available if required.
Well behaved pet animals are also welcome. They have stables and fields for horses and ponies accommodated on a DIY livery basis.
